Evaluation wird damit zum Motor einer prozessorientierten Qualit\u00e4tsentwicklung.<\/p><p>Schulentwicklung beinhaltet die Personalentwicklung (vorausschauende Personalauswahl, gezieltes Fortbildungs- und Beratungsangebot, Motivation der Mitarbeiter, nachhaltiges Personalmanagement), vor allem aber das so genannte P\u00e4dagogische Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement <strong>\u201ePQM\u201c<\/strong>, das die Verbesserung der p\u00e4dagogischen Arbeit zum Ziel hat.<\/p><p>Die Personalentwicklung obliegt Schulleitung und Schulvereinsvorstand.<br \/>Die Ziele und Mittel der p\u00e4dagogischen Qualit\u00e4tsentwicklung bestimmen die Schulleitung und das Lehrerkollegium gemeinsam mit Eltern, Sch\u00fcler*innen und Vorstand auf der Basis von internen Evaluationsergebnissen und externen Bilanzbesuchen. Die konkreten Schritte, die zu den jeweiligen Zielen f\u00fchren sollen, plant und koordiniert eine Steuergruppe, in der Lehrkr\u00e4fte aus Grundschule und Sekundarstufen I und II sowie Schulleitung, Schulvereinsvorstand, Elternbeirat und Sch\u00fclerschaft personell vertreten sind.<\/p><p>Dank entsprechender Fortbildung und Unterst\u00fctzung durch einen Prozessbegleiter, der den deutschen Auslandsschulen kostenfrei zur Verf\u00fcgung steht, sind die Steuergruppe und von ihr ins Leben gerufene Qualit\u00e4tsgruppen in der Lage, den Schulentwicklungsprozess professionell zu organisieren. Die Entwicklungsvorhaben sind projektartig angelegt und mit einem Zeitraster versehen, die Ergebnisse der Entwicklungsschritte werden evaluiert. Dies erlaubt, den PQM-Prozess fortw\u00e4hrend zu optimieren, Handlungsfelder fr\u00fchzeitig zu erkennen und St\u00e4rken zu sichern.<\/p><p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dstenerife.eu\/schulgremien\/steuergruppe\/\">Steuergruppe<\/a> setzt sich aus st\u00e4ndigen Mitgliedern \u2013 Vertreter von Schulleitung, Eltern, Sch\u00fcler*innen, Schulvereinsvorstand und dem Steuergruppenleiter \u2013 sowie Vertretern aus aktuell t\u00e4tigen Mitgliedern der Qualit\u00e4tsgruppen als nichtst\u00e4ndige Mitglieder zusammen. Damit ist die Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Gruppen der Schulgemeinschaft gew\u00e4hrleistet und die Mitarbeit am Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement auf breite Basis
