estructuras de retroalimentaci\u00f3n, proporcionan valiosos incentivos para ajustar los procesos de desarrollo de la calidad y ayudan a confirmar que las medidas tomadas han sido las correctas. La evaluaci\u00f3n se convierte as\u00ed en motor de un desarrollo de calidad.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incluye el desarrollo personal (elecci\u00f3n de personal, oferta formativa y orientativa espec\u00edfica, motivaci\u00f3n del personal, gesti\u00f3n sostenible de los recursos humanos), pero sobre todo la llamada Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad Pedag\u00f3gica (<strong>\u00abPQM\u00bb<\/strong>), que tiene como objetivo la mejora de la labor educativa.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El desarrollo del personal incumbe a la Direcci\u00f3n y a la Junta Directiva. Los objetivos y m\u00e9todos del desarrollo de calidad pedag\u00f3gica, lo determinan la Direcci\u00f3n y el claustro de profesores, junto a madres y padres, alumnado y Junta Directiva, en base a los resultados de evaluaci\u00f3n interna y auditor\u00edas externas. Los pasos concretos que llevar\u00e1n a los respectivos objetivos, los planea y coordina el Grupo de la Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad, compuesto por el profesorado de Primaria y de Secundaria, al igual que la Direcci\u00f3n, miembros de la Junta Directiva, el Consejo de madres y padres y alumnado representando personalmente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a la formaci\u00f3n adecuada y al apoyo de un \u00abacompa\u00f1ante en el proceso\u00bb, puesto a disposici\u00f3n de los Colegios Alemanes en el Extranjero de forma gratuita, los grupos directores y los grupos de trabajo constituidos, son capaces de organizar el proceso de desarrollo escolar de forma profesional. Los planes de desarrollo est\u00e1n confeccionados como proyectos y tienen fijado un periodo de tiempo, finalmente se eval\u00faan los resultados de los pasos desarrollados. Esto permite optimizar el proceso PQM, identificar \u00e1reas de acci\u00f3n a tiempo y asegurar los puntos fuertes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dstenerife.eu\/es\/comites-del-colegio\/gestion-de-calidad-en-el-colegio-aleman-de-santa-cruz-de-tenerife\/\">El Grupo de la Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad <\/a>se compone por miembros fijos \u2013 representantes de la Direcci\u00f3n, madres y padres, alumnas y alumnos, Junta Directiva y el Coordinador del Grupo de la Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad.
